Banana, Pineapple walnut Smoothie
1 Banana
25grams walnuts
1 cup fresh pineapple, tinned pineapple or 1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup ice
1 cup milk or water for blending
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Enjoy.
